Mark is the owner of Goal Sports and former franchise Nigel Carson Soccer Schools - Area 3. After starting a role under Nigel Carson as an assistant, Mark decided he wanted to take on more responsibility and set out with an idea to start his own Soccer School. As of July 2009 this idea has become reality with Goal Sports. Mark has over 8 years experience; coaching children aged 4-13 as well as managing his local men’s team Ayton. Mark currently has an FA LVL1 in football, LVL 2 NVQ in Sport, Coaching Studies Level 2, FA Age Appropriate award Module 1, SAQ award, Top Sports award as well as having coached multiple sports over the years.

· Funniest Moment in Football – Playing for Ayton when a goalkeeper took a goal kick. One of our players volleyed it straight back towards goal. Their goalkeeper ran full pelt across his line in an attempt to keep it out, completely forgetting about his goalpost!!! OUCH!!

Dave is the newest member of Goal Sports, starting in the Summer of 2009. Dave is an all round keen sports man and is currently on his FA Level 2 Football coaching award. Daves previous coaching background sees him join the team as a head coach with a lot to offer Goal Sports in the future! Dave does however let himself down by supporting a terrible football team :)
